With a focus on early stage pre-venture and venture backed companies, Jeff has worked with over 35 startups in software, technology, consumer products, and life science spaces, closing over $600 million in financing transactions. His model focuses on long-term fractional roles with his clients, acting as their "First CFO" and providing guidance and leadership on strategic growth matters, capital efficiency, financial planning, legal and corporate governance, and more. Jeff brings extensive expertise in accounting, leadership, and finance management to his work, having studied business administration and accounting at San Diego State University and completed an Executive MBA there as well.
