Robert is highly skilled in network analytical capabilities and has been supporting the military in various capacities enhancing user experience and troubleshooting high visibility applications such as US Central Command (CENTCOM), US Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and US Army CERDEC. He has provided support for the Riverbed/OPNET suite of products such as AppResponse Xpert, VNE Server, SP Guru, and AppTransaction Xpert.
