Anita Boser is a highly accomplished practitioner of Hellerwork Structural Integration, an author, and an active member of multiple professional organizations. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Anita aims to help people regain control of their health and well-being by unlocking the innate healing potential of their bodies. She is also the President of the Ida P. Rolf Research Foundation and Fascia Research Society, which hosts Fascia Research Congress, an annual event that brings together researchers and healthcare professionals to exchange expertise and stay updated on the latest discoveries related to fascia. Additionally, Anita is a Registered Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training at The Yoga Barn Teacher Training Program.
Through her practice, active participation in professional organizations, and authoring two books, Anita helps promote undulation, a type of exercise that enables people to increase mobility and relieve stiffness.
