Bruce Mabee is a seasoned organizational consultant, leadership coach, and speaker with over 30 years of experience in managing organizational changes and team development. Bruce has served over 135 organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, from global corporations like ConocoPhillips, Abbott, and Motorola, to non-profits, such as Rush University Medical Center and Working Bikes. Bruce specializes in innovation design, strategic planning, organizational change, consulting skills, and leadership development, aiming to help leaders improve organizational culture, services, and structure that reshape people's lives. Bruce received an M.S. in Management & Organizational Behavior from George Williams Graduate School of Management and a B.F.A. in Industrial Design/Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Bruce is currently the Managing Partner at Milestone Partners, LLC, and previously served as an Adjunct Faculty at Benedictine University, a Lead Instructor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and Board Advisor & Former President at Organization Development Network of Chicago.
