Justin Roff-Marsh

Justin Roff-Marsh, a renowned expert in sales process engineering and management consulting, has spent the last 15 years of his career developing a scientific approach to the design and management of sales processes. As the founder of Ballistix, and formerly the CEO and shareholder at Hudson Institute, Justin has dedicated himself to understanding the Theory of Constraints and general business strategy.

From his early days as a science-minded child to later becoming a co-founder of the Hudson Institute, Justin has always had a deep curiosity and passion for understanding how systems work. His extensive education includes studying classical ballet at the Kelvin Grove College of Advanced Education and the Queensland Dance School of Excellence, as well as studying Jonah, Theory of Constraints: Thinking Processes at Viago.
