As an Accenture Ventures Ambassador Lead, I have had the opportunity to manage Accenture's relationship with Accelerators local to the Philadelphia area through startup event attendance and mentorship, as well as program partnership development based on defined priorities and criteria to drive enterprise sales.  I also engage with client account leadership to conduct startup research, due diligence, and to develop and execute client innovation planning.

Most recently, I have been able to develop a partnership strategy and approach for elevating Black Founders and Black and Minority startups through Accenture's Black Founders Development Program.

As a consulting analyst, I  aided project  leadership in the creation, measuring, and monitoring of key client deliverables applicable to the various phases of the project.

Additionally, I helped to maintain and revise project timelines to reflect the current deadlines applicable to each project phase.

- Assist residents in developing a meaningful community that supports and promotes the ideals of personal and academic responsibility and engaged citizenship
- Get to know residents in the assigned area of responsibility well enough to recognize changes in behavior patterns for which counseling or other assistance may be necessary

Resident Assistant

- Assisted in the testing of a trade migration initiative across different regions of operation including New York, Hong Kong, & London using an excel scorecard
- Analyzed balance sheet swings for the EMEA line of business in order to target, investigate, and resolve variances exceeding various  threshold values
- Developed an instruction manual for each business region to assist incoming financial analysts with the routine testing process for migration as initiative came to close.
