Priyanka Nair is an experienced People Team/HR professional with a passion for building a great work culture in companies. She has worked in various organizations, including SumUp, Mozilla, Uniper, and Symantec, and has acquired skills and expertise in HR business partnering, employee experience administration, HR generalist, and HR consulting. Priyanka obtained a Post Graduate diploma in Human Resource management from Symbiosis center for distance learning and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in European-Asian Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. She also pursued coaching at Schouten & Nelissen and has diploma-level language proficiency in Spanish, French, German, and Business French.

At SumUp, Priyanka is Senior HR Business Partner (Engineering and Product), where she is involved in establishing a culture that supports growth and development for all employees, enabling leaders to become better leaders and partnering with department leaders to develop a People Agenda to meet organizational objectives. She is also a member of a team supporting SumUp's agile transformation, which focuses on a customer-first mindset, collaborative teams, change management, and continuous feedback.
