Lesley Wynes is an accomplished senior leader with extensive experience in professional development and training. She has had an impressive career building high-performance teams, leading change, and collaborating across complex organizations to improve operations, set policy and advance strategy. Lesley has excelled in curating experiences to deliver stakeholder needs and building strong team cultures based on accountability, trust, and open communication.

Lesley possesses a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and Spanish from the University of Michigan. She began her career at McDermott Will & Emery, LLP, as a Private Client Associate. She went on to become an Academic and Professional Excellence Founding Director at Northwestern University School of Law and later held positions as Assistant Dean for Curriculum and the Assistant Dean for Academic Experience at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, in addition to being a Clinical Assistant Professor there. Lesley has also worked as a Director of Partner Recruiting & Integration and is currently the Chief Legal Talent Officer at Thompson Coburn, LLP.

Lesley is an accomplished public speaker with extensive teaching experience. Her expertise ranges from high school to established leaders in the business and legal professions.
