Matthew O'Banion has an impressive background that reflects his technical expertise in fields as varied as software engineering, controls engineering, and mechanical engineering. He graduated from Palomar College and has since held positions such as Associate Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Engineer II at Invitrogen. His leadership abilities shone in his efforts to scale up automation and processes to meet the rising demand during the COVID pandemic.
