Throughout his career, Marty has held key roles in various organizations, including serving as the Director of Industry and Stakeholder Relations at Farm Credit Canada / Financement agricole Canada. Prior to this, he successfully led as the CEO at Canadian Western Agribition, showcasing his leadership skills and strategic acumen.

Marty Seymour also has hands-on experience in sales and management, having worked as a Territory Manager at Bio Agri MIx and as a Sales Representative at Elanco. These roles have honed his ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and drive results.
