Ryan Hier is a registered architect with 10 years of experience, specializing in adaptive reuse and new construction projects in educational, religious, corporate, industrial, and civic sectors.

His expertise includes collaborating with owners, consultants, users, and local agencies to develop design and program needs, as well as working closely with contractors for successful construction.

Ryan's commitment to high-quality design is evident through his continuous involvement in all stages of a project.

Beyond professional practice, Ryan is dedicated to education and community engagement, serving as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and engaging in various design-related community initiatives.

He holds a Master of Architecture (MArch) and a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
