Timothy Norstrem, a seasoned executive recruiter and founder of Norstrem Associates, is recognized for providing management-level search solutions to growth companies throughout Central Florida. With a specialty in financial recruiting and accounting, Norstrem has dedicated his career to helping clients solve their talent sourcing challenges with integrity and intellectual enthusiasm, emphasizing a keen focus on fulfillment with each recruitment process he undertakes.

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Norstrem graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a BS in Business Administration. He then started his career as a tax and auditing professional with Deloitte & Touche, where he serviced multiple corporate clients across Tampa Bay. After working for a few firms in the following years, Tim joined an international recruiting firm as a recruiter in the financial industry. Over the next five years, he established himself as a top producer and climbed up the ranks to become the division manager, leading the recruiters in Tampa and Orlando.

In 1998, Norstrem founded Norstrem Associates, through which he has been dedicated to helping his clients solve their key talent sourcing challenges by providing thorough recruitment and search processes. He's an active board member in several Tampa organizations, such as the Alliance of M&A Advisors (AM&AA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), the Florida Venture Forum, and 82 Degrees Tech.
