Ursula Gallagher is a highly accomplished individual with a passion for ethical Search & Selection and a keen interest in International Development, including Climate Change. She has extensive experience in appointment of Senior Executives in Africa, Asia, USA and Europe across many disciplines in the private, public, academic and not for profit sectors. Ursula's expertise lies in developing sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships with clients and candidates globally. As the Global Director of Search at SRI Executive, she uses a process-driven approach that allows for transparency in all assignments and validates her inherent instinct for selecting the right candidates. Ursula has studied MSc Molecular Medicine, Molecular Medicine, Genetics at Trinity College, Dublin, and BSc(Hons) Genetics, Genetics at Queen's University, Belfast. She has also held multiple leadership positions in Science Recruitment Ireland and SRI Group.
