With over 20 years of experience working with leading technology companies, he has become a highly collaborative, cross-functional leader with a proven track record of leading business transformation through strategic planning, execution, and implementation.

Sandeep has led over 30 growth initiatives, totaling over $5B in M&A/divestitures, investments, strategic partnerships, and JVs in various markets such as Cybersecurity, Identity, API/micro-services, DevOps, AI/ML, and Cloud Infrastructure. His global expertise includes working in Israel, India, Germany, UK, and Australia.

Sandeep's expertise includes strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, market landscape analysis, complex negotiations, cross-functional alignment, financial/valuation modeling, deal sourcing, structuring, due diligence, and people management. He has worked closely with multiple departments like product, sales, marketing, finance, and HR to formulate "build, buy, partner" roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.

Sandeep has studied MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Bachelor of Arts at Wesleyan University. He is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Coalfire.
