Philip Mackson is an accomplished attorney with considerable experience working with private tech and life science companies, handling everything from formation to exit. Having studied Biology and Philosophy at Boston College and Law at Boston University School of Law, he is well-versed in company formation, financing, M&A transactions, and commercial licensing. Throughout his professional journey, he has held a number of positions, including being an associate attorney at Mandelbaum Salsburg P.C. and Lowenstein Sandler LLP, as well as a law clerk at Graves Law Group, LLC, a legal intern at MetroWest Legal Services, Mathematics and Science Instructor at KIPP SHARP Lower College Prep, and an Apollo 20 Math Fellow at Lee High School.
