Before joining Compass as a real estate advisor, Tom was a Senior Associate at Atlantic Real Estate, where he provided top-tier consultation services to clients. Prior to that, Tom worked as a Real Estate Agent at Goodrich Residential, LLC, where he helped clients buy, rent, and sell properties. Besides that, Tom was also a Consultant at Zoomcar, aiding in the provision of car rental services.

Tom's previous roles have also included a Credit Analyst position at Wintrust Financial Corporation, Consulting Research Associate at Stax Inc., and a Financial Leadership Program Associate at United Technologies.
