Anindya Basu is an experienced researcher and engineer in the fields of machine learning, computer vision, and robotics. With a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Jadavpur University in Kolkata and an MSc in Data Science and Machine Learning from UCL, Basu has a solid educational foundation.

Basu has worked at various organizations such as Blue Prism, Xihelm, Snupps, and Emotech LTD as a Machine Learning Research Engineer and has also been involved in various projects such as Machine Learning Dissertation Project at Stratagem Technologies, Data Analytics Intern at Tictrac, Lead Engineer at Samsung Electronics, and Development Associate at HP. These experiences have contributed to Basu's skills in building optimized software and taking research into production code, collecting data and conducting experiments to verify the effectiveness of models, and writing reports on analysis to communicate effectively and clearly on results.

Apart from his professional background, Basu is passionate about using his skills to help the environment, and he collaborates with conservation groups to apply deep learning methods in the field.
