Wallace Tou

Wallace Tou is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years of management expertise in the Gaming and Hospitality industries.

With a background in Computer Science and Software Engineering, Wallace has held key management roles in the development and operations of renowned integrated resorts and hotels such as Sands Macao, Venetian Macao, Four Seasons Hotel, Conrad, and more.

As a strategic IT partner, Wallace has extensive knowledge in project management, regional IT budgeting, and information security, including a PCI Certification project engagement.

His expertise lies in establishing 7x24 IT operations and multi-location Network Operations Centers to support large-scale businesses with thousands of hotel rooms, gaming tables, and other facilities.

Wallace's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UNSW Australia and a Master's degree in Software, Systems, and Information Engineering from The University of Sheffield.

Currently, Wallace serves as the Managing Director at MSF Technology Innovation Limited, building on his previous roles as Assistant Vice President, IT Director, and Regional IT Director at Sands China, and as an Associate Project Manager at IBM.
