Diana Sarlinska is an accomplished Design Manager with over 15 years of experience in Product and Service Design. She has an impressive resume of designing digital business models with a sharp focus on human-centered development. Diana is currently employed as a UX Designer at Grafana Labs, where she has continued to demonstrate her exceptional design skillset. Before joining Grafana Labs, she was a Senior Service Designer at Aktan and a Chief Designer at Making Waves. In both roles, she managed and built design teams for the companies.

Diana's field of expertise ranges from research, interaction design, service design, and facilitation of innovation processes. Throughout her career, she has managed multiple designers and coordinated major delivery processes successfully. Diana's greatest strength is empathy, which has allowed her to immerse herself in the experiences of the people for whom she designs. Her passion for research and workshop methodologies enables her to uncover insights that lead to concrete and persuasive concepts.

Besides her work at Grafana, Diana is also a start-up mentor at Google Launchpad program and a lecturer at the Faculty of User Experience and Product Design at AGH University of Science and Technology. She holds a degree in Service Design and Social Communication and has completed various Postgraduate Studies in Service Design.
