Yasmin Marinaro-Basone is a seasoned digital strategist and marketer with a strong background in the publishing and travel industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Italian Language, and History from Duke University and is a certified sommelier. Additionally, Yasmin has completed wine and spirit education courses from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Her career started at Priceline, where she worked as a senior marketing manager on affiliate marketing. She later transitioned to American Express, where she served as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing and Business Development. Then, she moved to Random House as a Senior Director in charge of digital marketing and business development before becoming the Vice President of Digital Marketing at Shermanstravel. Her most recent role was Vice President of Digital Marketing and Product at The Penny Hoarder (Taylor Media), where she was responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies while also leading product development.
