Andy Pham is an experienced business executive and lawyer with a background in technology and intellectual property. He holds three degrees from Marquette University, including a Master of Business Administration, a Doctor of Jurisprudence, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Pham has worked at the highest levels of technology companies, including Talkdesk and Verint, where he served as Senior Vice President Business and Counsel and Associate General Counsel, Global Intellectual Property, respectively. He has also held management positions within legal and intellectual property teams, including Director, Intellectual Property at Witness Systems and Patent Counsel at United Technologies Research Center. Pham's experience as a lawyer includes private practice as a Patent Attorney at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. and a Patent Clerk in the same firm. Before entering the legal field, Pham worked as an Electrical Design Engineer and Managing Member of Full Circle Solutions.
