Laura Lanuza is an accomplished Communications & Projects Director with extensive experience in the publishing and humanitarian sectors. She has a Postgraduate Degree in Editorial Techniques from the University of Barcelona and a Bachelor's Degree in English Philology, Literature, and Cinema from the University of Zaragoza.
Laura has held several senior roles in the publishing industry, including Marketing, Press, Communication, and International Rights Manager at Blume Editorial, Editorial Management at Editorial Hacer, and New Editorial Projects Coordinator at Grupo Editorial Planeta. She has also worked in the department of rights at RBA and Paidós Editorial, as well as the literary department at EMECE Ediciones (now Salamandra Editorial).
Currently, Laura serves as the Communications & Projects Director at Open Arms, a non-governmental organization that works to protect the lives of refugees and migrants in the Mediterranean Sea.
Laura's expertise includes project management, communications, marketing, press relations, international rights, and editorial coordination. Her passion for humanitarian causes and literature has driven her career, and she continues to make a positive impact through her work.
