Ajmal Noorani is a leading figure in the technology industry with over 30 years of experience under his belt. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of the Technology Business Unit at Cognizant, Ajmal has helped global clients achieve revenue acceleration and value creation through a strong focus on product engineering and the transformative power of technology. With an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Ajmal provides guidance to executives on how to position their organization to compete in the digital marketplace. He also helps companies that are “born digital” scale and transform in ways that will have a meaningful impact on their customers’ experiences.

Before joining Cognizant, Ajmal served in various senior leadership positions. He was the SVP & GM - Technology BU at GlobalLogic, where he helped establish the company as a leader in software engineering services. Prior to that, Ajmal was the Acting CEO & Co-Founder of Exigen Group, where he played a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. He has also held executive positions at Packeteer (now Symantec), Garage Technology Ventures, iGATE (now Capgemini), and BNY Mellon.
