This role is a contract sourcing specialist/freelance recruiter 1099 role.  I utilize Source Owl's open market place to achieve several purposes:
1.  Bid on open roles to source and submit candidates against.
2.  Earn Extra Cash utilizing my SourceCon Academy and AIRS certification knowledge.
3.  Freelance Recruiting Specialist against my core industry knowledge and specialties: Software, Implementation, HCM, Finance, Marketing, Construction, HR, Legal, Corp Strategy, Healthcare and other industry skill sets.

Working with Recruiters across UT, in an organization of 750 on a volunteer basis helped to secure venues for events, thought leadership in Sourcing, Recruiting, and Diversity Talent initiatives.  I helped renew our participation rates at live events by 150% with average attendance of 30.  Topics included: Sourcing Best Practices, Artificial Intelligence in Talent Acquisition, Diversity enhancement, and Candidate Experience among others.

●	Recruited 950+ people, serving as a Talent Advisor for Executive leadership, Line Managers, and assigned Business units to hire for Call Centers, Client Services, Implementation & Software, Finance, Marketing, Legal, HR, Project Management, Business Analysis, Sales, and Technology, including the Senior Management level.
●	Full life cycle recruiting, averaging 10-16 hires per month, utilizing diverse methods for candidate sourcing (Boolean, Facebook, ListServs, Meetup, GitHub, functional/technical associations, conferences, LinkedIn, and veterans/diversity associations; managed candidate pipelines using ADP’s Homegrown ATS.
●	Collaborated with Compensation, Legal, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of a high-quality talent pool, including using talent intelligence techniques to identify market-based compensation gaps.
●	Team member on HRIS/ATS functional alignment and delivery project team, with a focus on reviewing veteran hiring strategies; recommendations implemented company-wide and drove a 200% increase in veteran hiring.
●	Engaged in an interview review team that recommended diverse interview panels and subconscious bias reduction, leading to a 54% improvement in diversity hiring.
●	Member of a process improvement team for Interviewing; recommendations increased efficiency by 28% and decreased time-to-fill by an average of five days.
