Graham Oakley is a well-experienced Civil Engineer who has dedicated more than four decades of his life mastering his craft in project management and technical roles in mining and steel operations around the world. Specialized in designing Hcl pickling lines through his role as General Manager of the Nelson Steel Technology Group, a division of the 5th largest processor and distributor of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
Oakley's rich educational background includes Distinction in H.N.D in Civil Engineering at Wigan College of Technology, a Construction O.N.C also from the same institute, and a Certificate in Metallurgy of Iron and Steel from McMaster University.
