Rachael Arnott, an accomplished system analyst and database consultant, has a wealth of experience in creating custom and prepackaged databases, websites, and software to meet business needs. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics, Music, and Education from Macalester College, which equipped her with the skills to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions. Throughout her career, Rachael has honed her expertise in configuring available technology to add efficiency and streamline staff processes. She previously served as the IT Manager for Alpha USA, the IT for International Ministries for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, and as a Web and Database Developer for the Local Design Group.
