Ajit has worked on the front lines with Manufacturing, Oil & Gas Refineries, and Call centers, providing him with a unique and valuable perspective on how to scale world-class operations.

With an MBA in hand from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, Ajit began his professional journey as an Operations Manager at PepsiCo - Frito Lay. He then served as Business Systems Analyst at Emerson Automation Solutions and later as Senior Consultant MBA Intern - Operations at PwC.

Before joining Zendesk, Ajit worked as a Customer Success Manager, where he consistently demonstrated his leadership, tenacious, and ingenuity in data-driven processes that enabled him to retain customers and employees.

In 2022, Ajit will be taking on additional strategic work in Zendesk's Office of the President, GTM organization, where he will be contributing to the company's $3B goal. He is excited to contextualize his experiences further and impact more people positively through his work.
