Chris Nicholls is a highly experienced business consultant specialising in commercial and financial modelling, quantitative risk assessment, and strategic decision support. With over 6 years of experience successfully securing funding requests for crown projects worth over $150 million, Chris's skills range from performance framework development, ICT sourcing management, and economic analysis.

He is a former Senior Commercial Advisor for ICT at the State Services Commission and also worked for New Zealand Post, Railtrack plc, TELECOM CORPORATION OF NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, Electricity Corporation of New Zealand (ECNZ), Capital Power Limited, and Bay of Plenty Electricity Limited.

Chris studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Canterbury and obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.

In addition to his extensive knowledge in the consultancy field, Chris has multi-country software development experience and has managed large ICT change management projects, including negotiations for multi-million dollar contracts.
