Kati Daczkowski is a skilled and educated professional with experience in tech consulting, product design, talent sourcing, and publishing. She is a graduate of Northeastern University's Graduate Program in Digital Media, Usability & Human Interaction and holds a B.A. in English & American Literatures from Middlebury College. Kati has also studied abroad at the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Currently, Kati works as an Associate TechOps Consultant at TransPerfect, where she provides valuable insights and support to assist clients in optimizing their tech solutions. Prior to that, she held a position as Associate Product Designer, Supply Chain & Logistics at Wayfair, where she created user-centric designs that improved the customer experience. Additionally, Kati has experience in talent sourcing, having previously worked as a Technical Talent Sourcer for Product Management Recruiting at Wayfair.

Kati's professional journey also includes internships, such as her Visual Arts Internship Programme at Galway International Arts Festival and her Publishing Internship at Carolyn Jenks Agency.
