Daniel Belquer is a versatile and skilled artist, programmer, designer, creative technologist, and project manager with extensive experience in developing innovative and impactful projects that bridge art, technology, and social change. He currently serves as the Director of Technology at Not Impossible, where he leads a multidisciplinary team of experts to create technological solutions that empower people with disabilities and other marginalized communities to overcome significant challenges and improve their quality of life.

Daniel has a solid background in both traditional and digital arts, with a focus on multimedia installations, interactive experiences, immersive environments, and vibrotactile compositions. He has exhibited his work nationally and internationally, including at the Venice Biennale, SIGGRAPH, Ars Electronica, and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).

As a programmer and designer, Daniel has developed a wide range of software tools, from mobile applications and web platforms to physical computing systems and custom hardware. He has expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C++, and Processing and in frameworks and libraries such as Node.js, React, and TensorFlow.

Daniel is also an experienced project manager and team leader, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. He is skilled in agile methodologies, scrum processes, user-centered design, and stakeholder engagement.
