Ankur Jain is a highly experienced database administrator with over 12 years of experience in PeopleSoft and SIEBEL administration. He has a broad experience in enterprise application architecture, systems administration, shell scripting, and more. Ankur has extensive knowledge of Oracle DB core products/tools, including Grid, ASM, RAC, RMAN, OEM, OAM, EXP/IMPDP, and IT infrastructure design, including O.S, SAN storage, and backup & recovery solutions.

Ankur has a Bachelor's in Engineering in Computer Science from Lingaya's Institute of Management and Technology, and he has previously worked with organizations such as Motorola Solutions, Colt Technology Services, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Cognizant, Wipro, Stone Apple Solutions, Dell, TCS, and Multiplat systems.

Throughout his career, Ankur has installed, configured, and tuned Oracle DB and PeopleSoft for production/non-production environments. He has also maintained large-scale Oracle DB's, designing capacity planning, DB creation, and performance tuning. Ankur has experience in maintaining application/DB high availability using Oracle products/tools, maintaining production DB/application cloning, and managing testing/development environments refreshment.

Ankur has demonstrated a deep understanding of ITIL standards for application and database services with adherence to Organization SLA. Ankur possesses an excellent ability to learn new products and technology as the need arises.
