I am an Associate Director in KPMG’s Market Development group, focused on Premiere Account Management.  I spend the majority of my time working with KPMG's Lead Partners to strengthen KPMG’s brand and relationships at our largest global accounts headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia/Wilmington area.

I spend the remainder of my time developing KPMG’s brand and notoriety in the Greater Philadelphia area by representing KPMG on multiple boards and multiple organizations, while driving KPMG’s national marketing initiatives in the Philadelphia market.

I focus primarily on the Chemicals, Energy, and Utility industries.

Created and implemented marketing campaigns for KPMG’s largest clients in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Delaware, and D.C.

Managed a portfolio of KPMG clients that boasted a combined FY2015 revenue of $98.6 billion.

Nearly doubled KPMG’s revenue share within my client portfolio from $57.6 million in FY2014 to $92.6 million in FY2016.

Built KPMG’s brand, sales, and relationships within the Greater Philadelphia market.

Economic Valuation Services - Business Valuation and Transfer Pricing:

Valued emissions allowances under EPA cap-and-trade market (based on personal review of forthcoming EPA regulations) and consulted fossil-fuel fired power plants and utilities on the cost/benefit ratio of environmental retrofitting.

Performed business and intangible asset valuation analyses for mergers and acquisitions,
corporate planning, financial reporting, and international tax compliance purposes.

Performed valuation analyses and wrote reports for purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment testing engagements related to ASC 805: Business Combinations and ASC 350: Intangibles – Goodwill and Other.

Determined fair market value for various intangible assets including: customer relationships, trade names and trademarks, software and developed technologies, in process research & development, non-compete agreements, favorable and unfavorable contracts, and assembled workforce.

Completed numerous transfer pricing planning and documentation projects to determine arm’s-length compensation for tangible property, intangible property, and services.

Performed above functions in various industries, but predominantly: energy, utility, and pharmaceuticals.
