Vijayakumar Raj is an internationally experienced hospitality operations leader with a proven track record of success within the private club and hotel industries. He holds a certification in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics & Electronics from Bangalore University. Additionally, Raj has achieved both a Master's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from St. Joseph's College Of Business Administration.

Throughout his career, Raj has demonstrated a deep commitment to employee engagement, revenue growth and the delivery of exceptional guest services. He has empowered high-performing organizations through his application of high emotional intelligence (EQ) coupled with proven leadership techniques. Raj has held senior management positions including General Manager of The Metropolitan Club in Chicago, Assistant General Manager of The American Club in Singapore, and Director of Rooms Operations at The University Club of the City of Washington, District of Columbia.

Prior to this, Raj served as Front Office Manager and Night Manager at Sheraton, as well as Assistant Front Office Manager at Swissotel.
