Ângela Pêgas is a Partner at Egon Zehnder's São Paulo office, where she leads the Services, Legal, and Assessment & Development Practices in Latin America.

Her educational background includes studies at prestigious institutions such as Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Ângela held key positions including General Counsel at Ultrapar - Grupo Ultra, Legal M&A and Capital Markets at AmBev, Associate Investment Banking in New York at Goldman Sachs, and Coordinator Corporate Law at Grupo RBS.
