Andrei-Andy Linnas is a driven entrepreneur with a passion for commercializing innovations in smart materials. With a Master of Science in Business Design and Innovation from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Tartu Ülikool, Linnas has accrued a wealth of experience at the helm of companies and organizations alike.
As the Co-Founder of Thought3D, Linnas works to bring to market a range of innovative smart materials products. Prior to this, Linnas served as a Startup Program Mentor at Junior Achievement (Young Enterprise) Malta Foundation, where he helped guide the next generation of entrepreneurs towards success. He has also served as an Incubator Manager for both TAKEOFF Business Incubator and Tehnopol Startup Incubator, where he helped develop young start-ups from the ground up.
Linnas has also lent his expertise to organizations such as Cupa Rural Project, Prototron, Synaps, HeiVäl OÜ, Victory Trainings LLC, and Ailer-A LLC, where he worked as a Subject Matter Expert, Coach, Business Developer, Business Consultant, Member of the Board, and Junior Accountant, respectively.
