Jason Lavender is a seasoned HR and health tech consultant with a wealth of experience in ideating new products, facilitating sprints, and working with digital health tech startups. With a professional experience spanning a decade, Jason has held various positions, including being the Senior Director of Health Imagination at Willis Towers Watson, where he led the North American Health Innovation team. Afterward, he joined Buoy Health as the VP of Strategy & Business Development, where he honed his skills in healthcare navigation. He then moved to NextGen Ventures as a founding Venture Partner before co-founding The Players'​ Impact, an angel investment group of renowned professional athletes. Currently, Jason is the Co-Founder of Electives, a forward-thinking company creating online courses with curated industry leaders as instructors. Jason Lavender earned his Bachelor's in Mathematics from Boston College and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
