Lee Herman is a highly educated and experienced attorney and business professional with a background in law, economics, and business. He studied at Boston College Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and at Boston College where he earned his BS in Economics. Additionally, he studied business at Villanova University.

Throughout his career, Lee has held numerous positions in law and business. He is currently the owner of Lee M. Herman, Esquire, a law firm based in Philadelphia where he specializes in business and commercial law, real estate law, and civil litigation. Prior to that, he was a partner at Needle Feldman & Herman, where he represented clients in commercial litigation matters. He has also served as a law clerk to Hon. Edward B. Rosenberg at the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, an attorney at Bayer Herman & Leizerowski, and the general counsel at Dropsie College.
