Gokul Anand is a veteran Talent Acquisition leader with over two decades of experience building and scaling Talent programs and platforms for some of the world's leading Product & Engineering organizations. He has held key priorities such as candidate and interview experience as top of the agenda, and this has proved to be a significant needle mover in many build plans.

Through his experience in both high volume and niche hiring globally, Gokul has gained expertise in the conceptualization, formulation, articulation, and implementation of Talent Acquisition processes and metrics. He is a hands-on recruitment leader with excellent sourcing and engagement skills, leading technology and sales hiring for North Americas, Europe, UK, APAC, and India regions.

Gokul has set up the first of its kind, successful follow-the-sun strategy and delivery framework model for hiring over 1,000 tech talent across the year. He has rich experience in leading design and implementation of ATS at a global level and in leading worldwide TA transformation programs focused on sourcing automation, selection, gamification, predictive modeling, etc.

Before serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at GreyOrange, Gokul played key roles as Talent Acquisition Leader at Flipkart and Recruiting Manager at Amazon. He also had the privilege of setting up recruitment teams for organizations such as Dell, Inc., Expedia, Inc., and Infosys.
