Heather Schaeffer is an experienced attorney and human resources professional with a broad range of legal expertise. As Vice President of Corporate Counsel at Lee Hecht Harrison and a former Deputy General Counsel and Managing Director of HR at Impellam Group, Heather has extensive in-house experience handling legal issues that arise in a variety of business settings. Prior to her legal career, she worked in the media industry as a Communications Director for the North and South Carolina Division of The Salvation Army and as a Production Specialist at WBTV. Heather holds a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Radio, TV, Motion Pictures & Speech Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
