Wiktor Schmidt is a prominent technology entrepreneur, investor, and connector with a strong background in building and scaling digital product development companies. He is the Executive Chairman of Netguru, a software development agency that has been recognised by Forbes, Deloitte, and the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. Under Wiktor's leadership, Netguru has grown rapidly and completed over 600 projects with more than 900 employees and $60m in revenue. He holds a Master of Science degree in Automatics and Robotics from Poznan University of Technology and has attended executive education programs at Columbia Business School and London Business School.
