- Handled refusal conversion methods for multiple survey designs (in-person, web, telephone), increasing completes and response rates
- Provided technical support to survey participants helping access the survey, answering inquires and removing from sample
- Assisted in training field interviewers in both technical and functional aspects of the interview process
