Tijl de Jonge is a highly social and creative individual with expertise in construction management, engineering, and architecture. He is a graduate of Delft University of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Urbanism, and Building Sciences, as well as a Master of Science in Construction Management and Engineering. De Jonge is the owner of Hekatos, and he previously held positions as BIM Manager at Dura Vermeer Bouw Heyma B.V., Manager of Engineering and Works Preparations at Hendriks Bouw en Ontwikkeling, and Project Control Coordinator at Mobilis TBI. De Jonge also has experience in contract and asset management, lean management, and communication in technical science and operations. He believes in creating efficient organizations by allowing individuals to express their creativity and opens their hearts.
