Trisha Peña is an accomplished professional with years of experience in business and information technology. Her extensive background includes expertise in hardware and software training, support, and implementation, project management, and team leadership gained from mid-sized and global corporate environments. She is an independent, innovative, and tenacious individual with a passion for the dynamics of introvert/extrovert personality traits. Currently the Principal, Information Security - Cyber Resiliency and Response at BNY Mellon, Trisha is responsible for leading a team of direct reports within the Production Services Department.

With a vast background in the technology industry, Trisha has held various positions, including Lead Manager, Production Services – Endpoint Integrity, Specialist Systems Engineer/Programmer - Infrastructure Engineering Security Products, Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst - Global Distributed Services, Network Support Specialist II - Global Distributed Services, Computer Operator - Premium Services, and Remote Tech Support, to name several. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Trisha worked as a Government Services Analyst at Dell, Foreign Currency Trader, and System Support for Rogers Group Inc., among many others.

Trisha pursued her Associates at Technical Institute and demonstrated a personal interest in introvert/extrovert dynamics throughout her career.
