Michaella Kurdziel is a talented and accomplished individual who is passionate about creating exceptional and differentiated customer and employee experiences. With a Bachelor's degree in Human and Organizational Development, Spanish, and International Politics from Vanderbilt University, she has held various key roles throughout her career. As employee #1 at MM.LaFleur, Michaella made a significant impact as Senior Director of People & Experience Operations, Director of Experience Quality & Ops, and Director of Customer Experience. She was responsible for creating outstanding experiences for both customers and employees. Prior to joining MM.LaFleur, Michaella also spent several years at Willis, where she held various positions in carrier relations, strategic carrier relations, and risk management. She was an intern at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, as well. Currently, Michaella is the Head of Marketing at CRATE, where she brings her vast experience to bear in creating exceptional experiences for their customers.
