Demerris Brooks is an accomplished educator with an impressive background spanning over many well-respected academic institutions. She recently studied for a master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Santa Clara University while previously completing a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General at the University of California, Berkeley. During her career, she held positions at several organizations such as the Division of Student Affairs at San Jose State University and Director of Student Services at Aspire Public Schools. Furthermore, she served as a teacher at Sequoia Union High School District as well as San José Unified School District.

As a former Adjunct Professor at San Jose State University, Demerris Brooks enjoyed a reputation as a dedicated and passionate educator committed to inspiring a collaborative spirit in her students. Brooks has built a strong foundation of expertise through her time spent at several institutions, and she is adept at creating a student-centered learning environment, resulting in tremendous outcomes.
