James Walker

James Walker is an accomplished Silicon Valley executive with over 35 years of experience in various technology fields. His extensive background includes serving as a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer for both large and small companies throughout his career. He has played essential roles in the NASDAQ Initial Public Offerings of four technology companies, raised more than $250MM in private placement equity financing, and raised over $175MM in four IPOs listed on NASDAQ Exchange. With an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from San Jose State University, James is highly qualified to lead companies of all sizes in complex and highly competitive industries.

Additionally, James has six years of experience as a CFO/COO of an $800MM disk drive subsidiary, three years as CFO of a $700MM+ publicly held graphics and digital media firm, six years as President and CEO of a $13MM medical imaging company, and 16 years as CFO of four mid-sized venture capital-funded technology companies. James is known for his strong leadership and management experience and excellent communication skills he utilizes to work as a team player. He has achieved outstanding success in implementing accounting controls in emerging high-tech companies and raising significant amounts of money for venture funds.
