Jason Ikpatt is a molecular cell researcher with a strong interest in genomics, epigenetics, neuroscience, and behavior. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Cellular and Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, where he served as a Graduate Research Assistant. Prior to this, he studied Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona and had already gained experience as a Research Assistant at The University of Arizona and as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at The Ohio State University. In addition to his scientific pursuits, Ikpatt is also interested in communicating science to the public, visual and audio art initiatives, and community development.
