John Herbst is a prominent legal corporate executive, with extensive experience in managing fast-growing companies through various stages of change, including rapid growth, pre-IPO, company sale, acquisitions, reorganisations, and integrations. With his broad-based legal and complex project management skill sets, he has led numerous high-profile transactions, including public offerings, IPOs, and private placements. John also has deep experience in areas such as securities law, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property portfolio management, litigation management, and information security and privacy law. His career has had a significant international focus, with exposure to multinational organizations and extensive personnel and transaction management on a global scale. He is a graduate of the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program from prestigious universities such as the London School of Economics & Political Science, HEC School of Management, and New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business. John has also completed his JD from the Albany Law School of Union University and holds a BA in Political Science from James Madison University. John has served as Chief Legal Officer for leading companies such as OnSolve, HotSchedules and Seasoned, where he established himself as a cross-functional executive leader.
