Leah Scarnegi is a highly experienced Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director who has worked for over 25 years in the tech start-up industry. She has extensive knowledge in recruiting and building diverse teams, and her expertise has allowed her to successfully place top-tier talent nationwide. Leah has a vast network and deep experience in industries such as finance, health, education, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and more.

Leah has helped numerous companies with hiring the right talent, including building sales and engineering teams for the top 30 Edtech startups across the country, and placing the Director of Growth at a Fintech startup. She has also consulted with a new VP of Sales at an Enterprise AI Client and helped him hire the first three members of his sales team, saving them hundreds of man-hours in the process.

Leah received her high school diploma from Toms River High School East and her B.A. in Journalism and Media Studies, as well as History, from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick. Prior to joining Redfish Technology, Leah worked as an Executive Recruiter, High Tech Talent Division and Account Executive at Chaparral Broadcasting.
