Brian Moore is a creative and accomplished film and video professional with extensive experience in television production and postproduction. With a graduate degree in Film and Television from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Elon University, he has honed his skills in pre-production, production, scriptwriting, directing, creative direction, marketing, fund-raising, and post-production.

Brian is the CEO & Founder at MediaSpot Technology, LLC and the former Producer/Director/Editor at Rolling Stock Pictures, LLC. He has also served as the Owner/Partner at Rappahannock Coffee Company, LLC, Senior Editor/Sound Recordist at Pictureworks, Inc., Senior Staff Editor at Henninger Media Services, and Station Manager - WSOE Radio at Elon University.

As the founder of Rolling Stock Pictures, an award-winning media production company, Brian has a deep understanding of program management, field/location production, and on-line and off-line editing. Brian and his team work closely with clients to realize their vision, no matter the size or complexity of the project.
